  Highly recommend to anyone struggling with back and neck pain. The staff is very kind and engaging. I started with physical therapy and then graduated to personal training. Rachel is a great therapist who helped me get rid of my pain in my early visits. Will is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented trainer/therapist. His combination of strength training and Swedish Thai assisted stretching gave me a new level of power and flexibility. In only a few months, I went from being in pain and not exercising to pain-free and working out 3 times a week. They taught me a lot about the importance of stretching and diet which empowered me to keep better routines. I can't say enough about how much they helped me get back into shape.
