  I've been renting here for 6 weeks and completely disappointed. I've had issues with non locking windows and doors. my apartment was broken into several times In the past and they never fixed.
  I rented a 2 bedroom apt and was given one(1) non working remote.. a big hassle just to get a replacement .. now they want money for another.
  
  fees on top of fees.. fees to pay rent..
  Be careful and diligent before renting here. especially if you have children. I've had people partying on my porch at 4am. Office will not help with anything.
  
  I'm having to hire a lawyer to simply get out.
