  July 22, 2016 saw our home hit by lightning and the interior severely damaged due to multiple fires. Following that date we had the great fortune to find and hire Rubin Custom Hires to rebuild it and bring normality back to our lives. You can get quotes from others, but you won't find a more honest/ethical builder than Steve Rubin and his team. Items are detailed, costs explained , questions answered, no surprises. From the people and supervision on the job, to the office support, to Steve himself their main goal is quality and customer satisfaction. The contractors Rubin hires are held to high standards and managed on a daily basis. No hit and miss allowed. Our overall project involved removal of roof trusses, a new roof, electrical wiring, whole house plumbing, new wood flooring, complete replacement of crown moulding, baseboard, casings, new windows, AC system, and interior and exterior painting. All managed to perfection with daily updates on progress and joint problem solving when an issue small or large came up. No surprises when you deal with this team. 5 stars doesn't begin to describe the experience.
